Although the treatment itself was good, I am very disappointed with the change to the loyalty discount. I was only two visits away from qualifying for the 50% discount when I was informed that this no longer applies and has now been reduced to 20%.
If this change was being introduced, I feel the current loyalty cards should have been honoured, with the new terms applied to any new cards issued afterward. Changing the offer partway through is not good practice, in my opinion, and it feels unfair
