When we arrived there was a notice to say the sauna was out of use which was a bit disappointing . We continued to use the steam room which was great and had our treatments which were also lovely. However after lunch we went back in to use the steam room and someone had obviously urinated in there and the smell was awful. Reception sent in a maintenance man to have a look, but he didn’t clean it or even put a out of order sign up!!no sauna or steam room for the whole afternoon
