Staff were really friendly especially the spa receptionist. While the place itself looks tired and basic, it served its purpose. I wouldn't have mind it so much if our treatments were great. My massage was probably better suited for someone who'd like a like a relaxing and a very light touch treatment. Would I pay a monthly £27 membership to use its facilities - No. But I might pay £10 for a day pass every so often.

My treatment was wonderful and exactly what I needed.
The spa felt quite busy and the facilities were basic.
The £20 charge for use of the pool is very expensive for what it is and not worth the money, however the treatment was perfect.
