Relaxing day. Pool a little on the cool side staff friendly and helpful. Treatment very good, would return for treatments probably not for the spa facilities.

All the staff at the hotel were lovely and the massage was very good. The only issues were that there was sand in the hot tub and there were very few seats around the pool to sit on. It could also do with a bit more to do as a spa, different rooms etc.

We arrived 45 minutes before our massages thinking we could have a swim before hand and were told at reception it was £20 each to use the pool. We advised we had booked 2 massages and had afternoon tea booked afterwards so only wanted a quick 30 minute swim but were told again it was £20 each to use the pool. We declined, and were shown to the relaxation room with our bags and coats still on, we weren't offered towels or dressing gowns or shown to a changing room. Pretty disappointed.

Highly recommended - we both had 2 relaxing treatments, cream tea and use of sauna, steam room and pool. The staff were friendly.
