Great spa, massage was amazing not is up there with the beat I have had (quite a lot!) so we booked another one for the next day. The only thing I would change is to have a suit dryer as there is currently nothing forcing you to walk out with a soggy swimming costume in a plastic bag.

What a wonderful day. Staff extremely welcoming and attentive to everything. From the coffee on arrival, the relaxing surroundings. Wonderful massage, beautiful restaurant and superb food topped with bubbles. I would (and have) highly recommend this experience. Looking forward to coming back.

I was coming down from London to have a wax before spending the week in Bournemouth but got stuck in horrendous motorway traffic on the way down. I called the spa and they said they were fully booked around my appointment so I was worried that I would miss it entirely. The beautician managed to squeeze me in, even though I was late and didn't rush the treatment at all. She was super friendly & I was instantly put at ease after my stressful journey. The wax was very professional & I will certainly be returning in the future!

Being a member I use the swimming facilities on a regular basis but the treatment that I have had in the past is a most relaxing experience, a feeling of overwhelming warmth, pleasure and of pure luxury. I find the luxury manicure and pedicure the same pleasant experience and the quietness was welcome.
