The facial was amazing! The surroundings we beautiful and relaxing. Elena was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. My skin looked and felt perfect after! Highly recommend

The massage was great. Lovely use of the spa. Food was great but they didn't know if we were having afternoon tea or lunch, they thought we had to pay as nothing was written down to say we were there for spa day but I didn't have to pay as it was all included. Never received our prosecco ☹️ not sure why? Probably because it was not written down. Apart from that all was good.
