Spa Was too Busy , in the waiting room one of the client was very noisy using her mobile which was distressing me , hot strone massage didn't relax me at all.

Chicken was uncooked so me and my sister didn't eat main meal , didn't recieved welcome coffee , staff asked what we would like to drink but never provide us with coffee we have ordered .
Such a dissapoitment as that was my birthday present ....

Coffee on arrival by welcoming staff in reception. Lovely spa facilities with relaxation room. Lunch was absolutely delicious served with glass champagne. Treatment good, only negative was should have had hot stone massage but only had Swedish massage without stones.
