Blue water spa at the Connaught Hotel has a really lovely atmosphere. My friend and I booked a girls pamper day. On arrival we was welcomed by helpful friendly staff, we had tea and coffee in the lounge whilst we filled out the health questionnaire before being taken to the Spa. We dropped off our bags and went for an amazing two course light lunch with bubbly. The Spa treatments was great and the whole place was really clean and modern. Parking can be a bit tricky but you can double park and leave your keys at reception and they will park your car once a space becomes available. The day was a real treat, relaxing and fantastic value.

Friendly and helpful staff; well-organised and with great facilities. The food was excellent and my treatment was amazing. We especially liked the fact that we could eat our lunch while wearing our robes and slippers and, also, very importantly, we weren't treated any differently because we were using a Groupon deal - other hotels have done this and it made me feel a bit "second-rate" on what is supposed to be lovely relaxing day.

Fantastic experience and well worth every penny, we were well looked after by all staff members. the pool and spa facilities were great and the treatment we had (hot stone massage) was out of this world..as we booked a spa day package we also had lunch which was a fantastic selection of sanwiches, cakes & scones washed down with a glass of champagne, doesnt get much better..we will definatley be returning soon
