Friendly, charming therapist - good massage.
Good size pool for a hotel spa.
One receptionist early evening quite abrupt and unwelcoming - otherwise staff friendly and helpful.

I just had a pedicure a few days ago and I would like to say thank you for Laura who made a great job! My feet look so beautiful and it was very relaxing! Will definitely return!

Arrived to find free hotel parking which is lovely, was offered Tea or Coffee , and taken down to my Spa area, my massage started on time and it was wonderful, had a locker to store my valuables / clothes etc , given a rob and slippers. Later had a meal which was excellent. Glass of Champagne, water and made my way home . Will go there again as throughly enjoyed the whole experience.

The leisure facilities surprised me. They were very nice. Unfortunately the steam room was out of action. No sure what would happen with big groups as it's not a massive area.
The treatment wasn't amazing. I asked for firm, I got a little pressure but not firm. This was a shame. The afternoon tea was AMAZING!!
