Staff extremely pleasant from the minute we walked into the hotel. Lovely coffee while we filled out our forms and chose our lunch which was excellent, staff in the brasserie very friendly and attentive.
Area around the pool very limited but saying that we were the only ones there so we had beds...relaxation room perfect. My massage and facial with Sandra was first class, I will certainly come back for treatments with her. All in all a lovely birthday treat. Highly recommend. Thanks to all your hard working team.

Unfortunately my pack wasn't ready when I arrived and I didn't receive my tea/coffee on arrival or key for the door. However your staff were exemplary after I had been for a swim I mentioned this and it was arranged for this to be provided with my lunch. The lady who assisted me with my queries and after lunch directed me to your drawing room (as it was quite cool in restaurant) was marvellous and service at lunch was very good.
As I didn't know your hotel I think more advice on planning a day would have been beneficial.
However I had a pleasant day.
