A lovely, relaxing day. Faculties were goid although shampoo & conditioner in showers would be nice . Lovely helpful staff

It was a therapeutic day for me and I enjoyed all of it, just wish some other spa users had not been talking incessantly and I thought loudly in the jacuzzi area. The shower not working in that zone was a little inconvenient and those in the changing rooms are not too pleasant. The gym area looks tired and one rowing machine isn't working properly. But the massage treatments and lunch were wonderful!
