Hotel reception charming, greeted with an exlenation of my spar day to come along with a cup of coffee in the lounge. Taken downstairs to the spar. Bit of a strange system for having a robe £20 handed over until you hand it back as you leave. Would it not work just as well if you gave back your locker key! Changing room clean. The beautician was excellent. Lunch superb. The day was excellent value for money.
