My first time at Bluewater Spa and for a Swedish massage, wonderful treatment given by Isobel, extremely professional and proficient - would have no hesitation in recommending this Spa. Came away feeling wonderfully relaxed.

Our spa day at the Connaught was sheer heaven. Bought for my friends 50th, we stayed overnight (although the bedrooms were extremely warm!) excellent breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious.

Came on a Spa Weekend for 2 nights as a girls group of 7. From entering the hotel it looked so luxurious. We found nothing was too much trouble with staff. Friendly & polite reception & bar staff. Breakfast choice was just right continental & full English. Rooms & facilities within them top quality. Spa treatment full body aromatherapy treatment was amazing so relaxing. Will come back & stay again.

Regular visitor with with Groupon Spa day offers which make it affordable and good value so come more frequently. Spa facilities good, nice and warm and also not on public view, feels private and cosy. Excellent lunch, nicely presented and service from Wendy friendly and personal. Massages also good. Love especially the salt scrub and hot stone massages. All staff friendly and help to make the whole experience personal and special. Nothing to fault. For me far better than the large health farm spa day
