the sauna and steam rooms were very good, perfect temperature. there was a shortage of loungers at various stages. and unfortunately, there were repair works happening which meant the occasional loud drilling which didn't go so well with the spa ambience! the massage I had was very good.

We found the Connaught to be a very nice clean well presented hotel , the staff are very helpful and polite at all times . The treatment rooms are very calming and relaxing and the masseurs are excellent. The spa itself is very clean and all in all a great day!! Would definitly book again. My ONLY criticism is lack of beds / chairs around the pool and just watch that bottom step/slope into the pool, my wife did actually slip on it. For our unwind spa day we opted for the afternoon cream tea, (sandwiches scones and cakes , with a glass of champagne and tea or coffee ) the selection of sandwiches and cakes is good and ample and again the service was great.
Overall a great experience and very enjoyable 👍🏼🍾
