I had an apt for eyebrow & eyelash tinting. The beautician was polite, efficient & knowledgeable. It is a shame there is no air conditioning as it is excessively warm in the waiting area. It is located beside a swimming pool. Furthermore, the ladies on the ground floor does not have a lock facility on the door!

A lovely day. Excellent massage with Sandra. Only downside not enough loungers for people to relax either by pool or relaxation room, but appreciate this is due to lack of space. Lovely lunch. Overall a good day.
