Spent almost every evening at the Bluewater spa. It was truly relaxing way to finish the day. Aromatherapy massage was highly professional. Loved this Spa.

Very good Indian head massage, excellent cream tea and good facilities especially large pool. Would have liked a garden area to lie and relax in the afternoon but could only eat outside. A garden would make it 5 stars.

Car parking was really awful when we came out one of your guest had parked their car in front of mine and I had to wait nearly 1/2 hour for it to be removed.
The facial was good - the meal not so good we had the tuna steak I was not asked how I would like it cooked and it came out raw not very nice and very off putting.
We didn't have the Presco as we don't drink and had to pay for the second cup of coffee.
Would we return NO.
