Love this place really relaxed ,
The ladies are great chatty asking if everything is ok really relaxing massage had a full body massage with my partner . Would highly recommend.

I have always enjoyed having a treatment with you but this was the first time I had Sharon. The massage itself was nice. I was booked in for I think 11.20 and when Sharon came back into the massage room it was 11.25. When she finished the massage it was 11.45. Now it is only five minutes but I lost a fifth of my massage so I was not very happy. My wife went before me and had the same person and she also cut 5 minutes off her massage also. Feel a bit cheated!!!

The Spa is lovely, although the pool area a bit tired, there are only 5 sunbeds around the Pool and we struggled to get 3 together having to wait until other people vacated them. The lockers in the changing rooms are not big enough to hang your clothes on a hanger, Shower in the pool area would not switch off every time someone used it, consequently people just left it running what a waste of water.

Been to this SPA a couple of times. Always find it has a relaxing environment. On my latest visit had a really nice much needed 25mins back massage on my arrive to the BW hotel. The treatments performed by the staff at BW SPA are excellent.
