The spa was pleasant, staff where lovely, treatments where nice but no aromas with the body scrub like in other spas, the lunch was very nice, but the waiter needs to smile, and be a little more friendly, the waitress was lovely, spa facility's where a little lacking, very small locker's, jacuzzi needs to be a bit more powerful, gym was okay,

We had a lovely time. The staff were really friendly and the whole atmosphere was easy going and relaxing. Pool was clean and well maintained. Food was excellent.

I always have my waxing done here and I'm always impressed with the results, apart from this time.
On tgis visit I had my eyebrows waxed. I asked to keep the shape I already had, to only remove the little fine blond hairs and that I want to grow my eyebrows as they appear very thin and sparse. Unfortunately, to much was removed and now my eyebrows are hardly visible. I'm really disappointed.
I won't let this experience put me off, but I'll be staying clear of eyebrow waxing in the future.
