Visit wasn't great as couldn't really relax as there was a constant noise from a pump. But staff were extremely understanding and Sandra Stankeviciute as promised emailed me the following day with a complementary spa day. So sure it will be more relaxing. If pump has been mended.

We came to the spa on Friday. It was amazing the treatment was lovely, the spa facilities were amazing and clean. We booked two of the revive packages; however, when we arrived to the spa the trainee was on which wasn’t fair on her. She didn’t know what treatment we were having. Didn’t offer us our tea and coffee which is included. And didn’t offer either of the Swedish or aromatherapy massage. She wasn’t ready to serve customers. We went to hotel reception to say about it. And we got offered a free tea and coffee the next morning it was free and unlimited anyway! Other than that it was absolutely amazing and we will come back!
