I got my waxing done but had to ask the therapist to clean the same spot several times as they didn't feel to have the initiative to be careful enough themselves. Also I could have felt much more welcome. The facilities were clean, though, and my appointment was short so it was bearable. Probably won't go there again if possible.

Changing rooms were not clean shower area dirty. My husband asked fir a firm massage and received a soft one. For the cost it was very disappointing

Had a really lovely day at the Spa, the food was amazing and all the staff were lovely and the massage was excellent. The only downside was the pool area lacked a bit of ambience, needed a few magazines and low relaxing background music would have been nice.
