Hannah was obliging, cheerful & knowledgeable. I was especially grateful to her as having thought I had booked an eyebrow tint, it was in fact an eyebrow shape. After explaining what I actually needed, she kindly obliged & did perfect "painting" of my brows.

We received a lovely massage by the therapists at the beginning of the day.
Unfortunately this was quickly ruined by two disgusting guests partaking in sexual activities throughout the areas in the spa. Of which were not cleaned after informing the staff 3 times.
We shall not be returning.
