Good welcome with drink served by the fire. All staff very friendly. Enjoyed our treatment and use of pool jacuzzi sauna etc afterwards. Lunch was also very good. A really great day out. Small downside was we went to book extra treatments but they were fully booked but we'd left it til 2 days before going so our own faults. Will book them earlier next time

I thought the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My aromatherapy massage was incredibly relaxing. I thought the pool and jacuzzi were lovely and it was really nice to have the relaxation room to go and chill out in. The afternoon tea was really big with delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones and I felt welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. I think this spa is fantastic and wonderful value for money! I will definitely be recommending it to people and coming back myself.
