Friendly welcoming staff, good food, excellent massage.beautiful pool with water that didn’t sting eyes. Only downside was not enough loungers or chairs by the pool, and toilet facilities were seperate from changing area which was a little inconvenient. Overall excellent

Lovely place, lovely service eventually. It was my first time there, and no one took the time to tell me where the changing room was, where to find the gym and where to go pre massage. I had to ask other visitors as few staff about. Once I found my way around and had familiarised myself with the layout, it was lovely.
Bar staff were friendly immediately and gave prompt service and the food was lovely too.

My Sister and myself both found the treatment extremely good and felt very relaxed afterwards. All staff were very friendly and helpful through tour time there. The pool was a bit cold and we found it to cold to swim in but we spent an hour in the jacuzzi which we loved.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive. The spa facilities were great, unfortunately the steam room was out of order on the day, however, I had been pre-notified of this, so it wasn’t a shock. The Swedish massage was amazing, it’s the first time in years someone has been able to be firm enough to actually relax my muscles. I will definitely be booking again. The only downside was the toilets smelt quite bad, they were clean though, so hopefully a diffuser or similar could help.
