Delightful staff and very pleasant front of house services but the cleanliness of the changing rooms left a little to be desired. They seem a bit old and tired and in need of refurbishment - tiling, rotting woodwork on the lockers, no plug sockets for a hot brush to style your hair. I would prefer the lunch that is included in the Spa Days to be a la carte - for a vegetarian the choice on the fixed menu was a bit limited. But lunch was delicious and the dining room is very pleasant. My Swedish massage was excellent - the masseuse was very professional and had a good touch. One of the best massages I have ever had. A very pleasant day in all, if you could just spruce up the ladies' changing rooms and showers.
