I had a 90 min treatment which included an "In Good Spirits" full body massage and mini facial. I would definitely recommend the spa as the staff were very friendly and professional, it was a lovely treatment that left me feeling revitalised and pampered. The Temple Spa products used were very good quality and the spa facilities were very good - I used the indoor pool and steam room before my treatment and would say you'd gain maximum benefit from using the facilities in addition to your treatment. A lovely treat for my wedding anniversary! I will be visiting in the future!

My husband and I arrived for our spa day we had a great welcome from reception staff ,filled in all forms and was asked if we wanted to change from afternoon tea to a hot lunch which we did booked time slot etc then continued to our spa experience . their again we enjoyed our welcome and also our massage at midday . we then at 13;40 arrived for our lunch only 3-4 other customers in restaurant, we was served a glass of champagne
And waited for our meal! ,we had to wait for over 20-25 minutes for this and when it arrived my meal of vegetable lasagne was cold in the centre .I returned the ,meal back to staff received a competently drink and waited for my meal again . this again took well over 20-25 minutes by this time my husband had finished his meal and was waiting ? the 2 course lunch took well over 1 and ½ hours which I found to be unreasonable amount of time because their was very little customers !!! on our return to our spa experience I visited the ladies in the spa area on exit the floor had been moped and became very slippy causing me to slip and fall down ! trying to stop this my hand got caught in the closing door and was injured . there was NO SIGNS to say either cleaning in progress or wet floor be aware ??? .I had to receive first aid from spa receptionist it was placed in accident book and told to visit my doctor to be checked out as the skin around my little finger had been cut deep and may need further dressings and treatment and that was the end of me returning into the spa to complete my day I feel that between the lunch taking to long and the injury I received took away the relaxing massage i left feeling my day was not as it should of been ei feeling relaxed and enjoyable but In truth I left feeling upset and in pain with finger and having to sort out further treatment for my finger
