I have been on a spa day here on several occasions now and can easily say that it's the best spa day around. The food is good (especially the salmon salad starter), as is the coffee!! The new relaxation room is superb and the massages are wonderful. All the facilities are generally well maintained and it offers excellent value for money.

From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and polite, the hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the spa facilities were very good, especially the relaxation room which was very comfortable.
The aromatherapy massage treatment was extremely relaxing and afternoon tea delicious.

Good hotel with all facilities available and staffs plesant and friendly. Should check tables outside the Bistro now and then because there's a few guests commented being dusty just for your kind attention.

Myself and my friend had our 1st spa with yourselves on Sunday and we’re jyst blown away by the whole day! We loved every minute of it, we felt like we were treated like royalty, the staff were just so helpful and the food was just amazing! We went with a wowcher deal and it was definitely amazing value for what you get and we most definitely will be back and recommending it! Thank you once again
