The hotel reception, lounge and dining room were beautiful - and the receptionist was a total delight, going over and above.
The spa however was quite tired, reception is wasn’t very friendly but the therapists were excellent.
Had a cheese and pickle sandwich for lunch but it was 70% pickle and 30% cheese.
Would go back as know what to expect.

I came to Bluewater spa for my partners birthday. The entire experience was wonderful. The venue was modern and relaxing. It was lovely and quiet when we came midweek. The afternoon tea was incredible and the treatments we had were equally as incredible. There was a lot of attention to detail throughout. I would highly recommend coming here.

Upon arrival a parking permit is required from reception.
As previously the booked treatment which was a facial had been booked in as a massage so that was changed.
The spa facilities were not included in the voucher and would have cost £20 extra per person. This was not agreed to and we were allowed in on this occasion but not given a towel and so had to ask for one.
A good size pool and the temperature of the water was comfortable. A jacuzzi,steam room and sauna.
Afternoon tea average.
