The I'll Be Back treatment was lovely. I felt it would have been nice to have been given slippers and a dressing gown as had to use my own sandals and wrap a towel around myself when I went to reception at treatment time. Jacuzzi stopped working and took quite a while to sort out. Happy with treatment but dissatisfied with the rest of the experience.

This was our 3rd visit and whilst my treatments were very good and extremely relaxing, we were very disappointed to find that the information given in relation to my daughter and the actual treatments she could have on the day (she’s in the first trimester of her pregnancy) was incorrect and only upon arrival were we told of the limited treatments she could have which was in total contradictory to what we’d previously been told. Needles to say it was too late to rebook having traveled 30 miles so had to accept alternative treatment. Had we known initially we would have postponed our spa day for another month! So not such a relaxing day for my 60th birthday after all!
