This was our 3rd visit and whilst my treatments were very good and extremely relaxing, we were very disappointed to find that the information given in relation to my daughter and the actual treatments she could have on the day (she’s in the first trimester of her pregnancy) was incorrect and only upon arrival were we told of the limited treatments she could have which was in total contradictory to what we’d previously been told. Needles to say it was too late to rebook having traveled 30 miles so had to accept alternative treatment. Had we known initially we would have postponed our spa day for another month! So not such a relaxing day for my 60th birthday after all!

We enjoyed it, up to a point! The pool was lovely, The staff were lovely. The food was lovely. However, I was not impressed by the fact that there were too few loungers around the pool. And I was even less impressed by the size of the lockers ...... and actually rather unhappy about the lack of provision of proper shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion.
