I cannot praise the staff highly enough on the day of our visit from initial reception, throughout the spa, the masseuse and the waiting staff in the restaurant. The 1 and only criticism I would have was slightly poor service when trying to book the day.

Lovely relaxing Spa day, staff were friendly and welcoming, facilities were good. Lunch was delicious. Would recommend the all over body massage.
Our only disappointment was due to the spa being very busy we were unable to book any other treatments so would book in advance.

This is my 'go to' spa as it's great value and the staff and massages are fantastic. The only downside this time is that the lunch menu has changed and the fabulous salmon salad starter is no longer available, which used to be one of my highlights - shame! Otherwise it is excellent and I would highly recommend it.
