The arrival was very friendly, was an Italian girl on reception, helped us with the best experience that we where about to have. The first impression from outside it was terrible,outside is looking outdated .I give 4 stars for the £1.00 loakers that you need to have .. quite old concept in my opinion.On arrival we were supposed to have a drink but we decided to have it later , witch after words was not provided anymore. We did order some extra .. and went for a 3 courses meal and bill was presented as the lady was in a rush to finish her shift.At Spa reception very abruptly were asking for the rest of the payment. We came for a SPA day not to runaway without paying.SPA GIRLS FABULOUS. I wish you would like us coming back for different treatments but no testers where available even if we purchase items.. So it needs improvement.Quite disappointed for coming again.Pool was busy, sauna crowded, please don’t book in if you have more then 5/6 ppl per hour. Overall the deserved stars are for the girls they are really committed to have a great massage.When left .. no words from the other receptionist????

Absolutely fabulous from the minute we arrived! Such a beautiful looking spa, with very friendly staff, we felt very welcomed and relaxed. The treatments we had were incredible. Will definitely be back.
