Very disappointed at the arrival as their was no one at the dreception and I needed to go back to the main reception for them to find someone for the spa reception. The girl at the reception that it had a badge that suppose to be in charge was very unpleasant, rude and didn’t smile one. The reception is first contact with the customer so you expect welcome that makes you comfortable,but not in this case.
The treatment was nice and the girl who did that happens to come from Poland did great job.
The food in the restaurant was very nice and overall very happy with the treatment and the food, it’s is just that the spa staff members should be more approachable and they should try to smile when they welcome guests.

Lovely day, food, treatment, atmosphere.
Both showers had quite a lot of hair on the bottom and that made it a little yucky.
More seating near pool would be beneficial.
Treatment staff were exceptional.
