Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at the Spa. Massage was totally immersive, very professional. Staff were excellent, there were building works going on so we couldn't use the usual treatment room. A hotel room was set up and it was so good I can't imagine the treatment room being much better. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend.

revive and hot stone massage was fantastic.
The afternoon tea was only OK, although the scones were so hard that we couldn't actually enjoy them - I'm guessing they were warmed up and then that caused them to dry hard - such as shame as this was the only part of the day that wasn't great

Very nice stay at the hotel and the pool facilities were convenient to access, however the jacuzzi was dated and not working well, in need of some improvement. Treatments were excellent and staff friendly.
