Very welcoming staff. Facilities very good. The pool was lovely and warm. We had our treatments and both enjoyed them. My massage was one of the best Ive ever experienced. Then we had a delicious lunch with proscecco. Fell asleep relaxing by the fire in the drawing room before more time in the jacizzi. A lovely day together.

We thought everyone was very lovely and accommodating. Very organised with getting a hot drink whilst filling the forms and arranging a time for lunch so there is not time wasted waiting for food. We loved the relaxation room before and after our treatment. We especially liked that the forms asked if you prefer to talk or to be quiet during massage.
The only thing we thought of was that it could do with just a couple more loungers to sit on around the pool as we couldn’t always sit down to dry out. Overall really pleased and great value!
