My trip to Bluewater spa was wonderful I thought the relaxation room was a great touch as my friends decided to have a well needed nap in there after lunch. The massage and body scrub was amaaazing and my masseuse was lovely.
The only comment I want to make is that there was the odd intrusive noise from construction workers and I didn't like the use of plastic cups everywhere.
But apart from that, really enjoyed it!

Really pleased with the hotel and spa. We felt welcome and relaxed. There was a little problem with the communication between staff. I had emailed in advance to let them know of a dietary requirement and a pregnancy but this didn't seem to have been recognised. We did get there in the end. A bit of a que for showers (there are only two) the spa is not massive and it was quiet when we were there. Enjoyed the relaxation room but it was a shame that staff had to cut through to get to a stock room. The lunch was lovely and all staff were very friendly.
