communication from staff - I did not feel the staff fully listened to what the customer had to say & at times staff spoke over the customer.
The relaxation room was cold ! At one point a member of staff noisily came through with a rubbish bag- not conducive to relaxing !

Yet another wonderful spa day at Bluewater Spa (my 5th or 6th visit I think). Excellent lunch again (this time needing a gluten free, vegetarian meal which was delicious). I came home feeling very relaxed & pampered. Thank you.
