The spa was great - staff were great and the treatment fantastic. A couple of things were not quite right though:
- there were no plastic bags to put wet items in after being in the pool
- there was a ball of hair near our lounger at the poolside

Marvellous in every way, my only observation, the relaxation room was on the cool side and the blankets were woollen and scratchy, needed to be much bigger and far more soft and cuddly. Otherwise all was good and the lunch was amazing. Thank you.
