From start of visit to end, all staff were charming and attentive, the food was lovely, attention to detail in everything, facilities really good, with exception of signing of changing rooms, gym, toilets etc.
Massage was very good for one of us, and average for the other.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The treatment area smelt lovely and was quiet and clean. The relaxation room was layed out beautifully but there were a couple of ladies chatting in there whilst I was resting - perhaps a "quiet please" sign would be good? The pool area felt a bit souless and lacking atmosphere. I felt a bit claustrophobic and didn't want to stay there long. Lunch was tasty, but I felt the prices were on the high side. Overall a good experience for a special offer voucher.
