This is a lovely spa, the staff are excellent and it is great value. The facilities are very good although I feel that the beds in the relaxation room could be more comfortable and it could be a little warmer in the restaurant upstairs which is always a bit chilly. Saying that, it is a very good spa and the massages are always superb, as is the food, which is why I have used it many times in the past and will hopefully use it many more in the future!
I had the aromatherapy facial and it felt amazing. Very relaxing apart from could hear doors banging and people talking outside. Ruined the moment ever so slightly. Otherwise perfect definatley recommend a visit.
We booked a spa day at Bluewater with a Groupon deal. It was amazing value and we weren't treated any differently by staff for using a voucher. The hotel itself is lovely, but there is limited parking - we were lucky to get a space even though we arrived at 11am. We were greeted on arrival with coffee, which was a nice touch. The spa was very clean and we loved the eucalyptus infused steam room! The only draw backs really was the lack of working/free lockers in the changing rooms and the fact that the pool area only had 5 beds, which were all occupied when we arrived. The massage was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing after the breakfast facial. Lunch was really tasty and the prosecco added to the relaxation. I will definitely return in the future!
On arrival, very impressed, young lady was very helpful regarding my dietary needs, unfortunately I was ill after eating although food was okay, but Luke warm. Spa was disappointing due to hot tub not working. Massage was superb and thoroughly enjoyed.
