we booked direct with the hotel to find that booking.com was cheaper! then we find that our friends paid less for a much bigger room. we were so disappointed with our room, you literally couldnt swing a cat. on booking i was told hotel was full and rooms in the lodge were bigger than hotel rooms. well if that is the truth, id hate to stay in the hotel.
there was nowhere to hang a wet towel, no hand shower and no shower cap so that was difficult.
had to wait half an hour for bar service

I had a lovely relaxing massage, and my only regret was that I couldn't stay there longer and use the rest of the facilities! Parking was a bit of a nightmare but the hotel reception sorted me out!
