Lovely atmosphere at the spa when I arrived for a massage. I was taken to the relaxation room to wait for my therapist, which was a really welcome addition to the experience as this is not the norm at most salons. Great and very experienced therapist who skillfully dealt with the knots in my back and shoulders. Great experience all round

I took my mum for her Birthday treat had a wonderful meal with glass of fizz then used the swimming pool etc and had back massage and facial overall it was the amazing the only let down was the restaurant we ate in was so cold they need more radiators but apart from the little moan I would definitely go back and recommend to a friend

This is not a spa. The facilities (pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) are not exclusive to spa guests and are very busy. Most of the people in the pool etc were not spa guests and made it difficult to use the facilities. There are not enough loungers available - spa guests had to share. The facilities were incredibly tired and looked unclean. My first appointment was delayed (staff didn't inform me). Staff didn't seem to know how to run a spa. Treatments were ok. It's an expensive public pool
