Lyndsey was professional, calm and gave me a very relaxing full body massage. I was delighted that she gave me a head massage at the end which I did not expect.
The ambience was good and warm and comfortable. The only down side was a loud buzz randomly coming from where the gentle music came from. Apart from that it was perfect.
The voucher was given to me for my birthday. Looking forward to another one next year!

Fantastic, relaxing treatments.
Spotlessly clean treatment room with a relaxing ambiance. My therapist found out what I wanted from the treatments and areas of concern prior to treatment.
The bed was comfortable and cosy. Lovely smelling oils used.
My therapist checked the pressure on a couple of occasions which was perfect. I left feeling completely relaxed and my back feels so eased.

Obviously Covid related, but the steam room and sauna were shut which is a big shame. Really takes away from the overall experience.
The receptionist I found quite rude and she did not seem to understand basic questions and essentially accused me of telling her the wrong information despite ringing up to sort treatments as well as double checking once I was there.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi were very good. The facilities clean. My girlfriend enjoyed her treatments.
