Everything about our day from arrival until leaving, was relaxing, friendly and helpful. Members were friendly and didn’t seem to resent us being there on a spa day.

From the friendly check in to the amazing treatment carried out by my therapist Ifrah, my overall spa experience was fabulous and thoroughly enjoyable. Staff very polite and helpful. The treatments were fantastic. The therapist was very good. Afternoon tea was average but very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel and spa.

The massage, facilities and staff were amazing as always! The receptionist was so helpful when I asked for a gift voucher as they didn’t have any of the vouchers stationary available but she rallied round to find me the beautiful packaging for it!
