Less than allocated time for facial. I was in my car and out of the car park at the time the facial was meant to finish. Mainly focused on scalp massage (3 times), rather than a facial. Nothing used to keep hair back, so therapist had to keep removing hair whilst carrying out the facial. It was an OK experience but not to the standard that I expected given the price.

Absolutely gorgeous place from outside doesn't look as great as the inside of the hotel. Very nice and professional staff, the inside of the spa takes you in a very nice and calm space. Beautifully designed.
