A very nice spa. Friendly and efficient staff and a nice atmosphere.
Could benefit from more frequent checks on changing room facilities. Wet floors throughout and empty bag dispenser for wet costumes.
Overall will definitely visit again.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights and booked treatment. Very happy with the venue and the massage. Made to feel important and member of staff was exceptional. Would thoroughly recommend and only wish the venue was a little closer to my home as would definitely be a regular.

My therapist was Yolima she was very good, professional and nice.
My only concern was it seems the clients who are members are not appreciative of the daily users as on 2 occasions we came across quite abrupt hostility. The ladies changing needs updating you need a cosy spinner, it looked tired and dated.

Treatments were very good !
Facilities were good , but would be nice to have lounges round the pool
Also feel the guests coming in fir treatments in their clothes should be separate from guests in the relaxation room in robes
They share the same lounges , not hygienic
