Lovely day. Good facilities. Sauna was very hot. Fairly clean facilities. Had to ask for wet clothes bag at reception so would have been nice for them to be stored in changing room. Staff were fantastic. Spa wasn't over crowded and plenty of space for all

Hannah was amazing it was the 2nd hot stone massage I had with this therapist. She listened and focused on areas that required a bit more time on and was really reassuring throughout. I am looking forward to my next hot stone massage in March 2022. Covid 19 precautions were taken throughout my treatment by Hannah.

From the start of the day, all staff were courteous and attentive. The hotel is beautiful throughout. The spa area was extremely clean and tidy, as were the changing rooms and toilets. The pool was beautiful, and the jacuzzi was relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend this spa experience. We had a lovely cream tea too.
