This was my 4th time and I was left disappointed.
No loungers by the pool
Told to be quiet in the relax room which was the only place we could sit (4) for someone’s birthday.
The place looked rundown
No bags for costumes any more.
Sat for an hour on arrival. Brought tea but then left there with no instructions so went ourselves to find someone (went to the spa as no one at reception)
Had so many emails prior to arrival as well as text which I found excessive

I had a great massage and facial combination. My therapist Yolima, was great, just the right amount of pressure and definitely helped me distress and relax tense muscles. On the facial she was really focused on matching the right products to my skin, responsive to the fact I have sensitive skin, and gave me some great recommendations about ongoing care. I really enjoyed the post relaxation room as well.
Only minor bit of feedback was that the shower kept filling up. Everything else was great

The treatment experience was good, relaxation room was lovely. For us, what let it down was the jacuzzi. Temp was not very warm and the jets were useless, which was a shame. The shower trays in the changing room also filled up and weren't draining away. Pool area needs some relaxation seating if offering spa days. Showed in photos on website but not there.
