My friend and I came down to Bournemouth and wanted a Spa Day treat both for similar reasons of wanting to find a way to totally relax away from everyday stresses and strains.
We had been to this hotel in recent years and wanted to repeat the experience.
The day started with use of the leisure facilities, followed by a delicious lunch.
Great service and food.
We then both had a Back, Neck and shoulders massage followed by a minut treatment.
We both agreed our therapists were professional.

The Therapists were first class. Informative, friendly and very professional. 10 out of 10.
The Receptionist was not particularly welcoming and did not smile throughout our visit. No towels, robes, changing rooms or showers provided.
