Poor communication, uncomfortable changing in the treatment room only to have to carry all clothes and possessions to changing room. Can’t sit by pool therefore can’t relax and make the best of the day which in case was my wife’s birthday.

The spa itself looked tired, tiles missing, ceiling falling apart, the hot tub was yellow / green, no drinking cups, no where to lounge by the pool, considering how expensive it was, it didn’t feel luxurious at all unfortunately. This was for a special occasion and I felt let down.
