The neck, shoulder and hot stones massage was very relaxing, but the pool experience could be improved. The pool was busy, there was insufficient space for us to relax around the pool, also there needed to be a machine to spin our swimming costumes dry and/or some bags to put our costumes into.

I stayed at the Conaught spa hotel in Bournemouth, I had a lovely weekend. I booked my spa 1 hou after my arrival. My massage therapist was calm and attentive and did a good job of kneading out my stress knots. The room smelt great with aromatherapy oils.
I enjoyed the spa facilities sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
My only comment is the changing rooms needed more plastic bags for wet swim suits and a laundry basket for wet towels, rather than just at reception.

My Mum is virtually blind and she was treated with care and compassion, which we are very grateful. Thank you
