Treatments good! Therapists nice enough but not enough care for customer, they want you in and out. The spa itself is very smelly like a toilet especially the hot tub. Lots of mature members doing lengths. Not very relaxing. Nothing 4* here!!!

Lovely treatment and therapist, we also enjoyed a lovely lunch.
Few disappointments, poole area was run down with only 4 or 5 loungers so couldn’t sit pool side. Was quite stuffy down by pool but with no windows is to be expected.
Had an issue with the spa receptionist. She was rude and obnoxious. Accused us of paying our deposit on a different card, she even told us she made no mistake and it was our problem (she took the payment?) issue was resolved but was not impressed with her attitude.
