I specifically said that it was a mother and daughter day and we wanted to be in the same room and we were in separate rooms. My daughter said that her massage was not good, short on time and massaging the bone not the muscles. My treatments were good but therapist’s attitude was brusque. The slippers provided had no traction on wet surfaces and I fell over in the changing room. Slid all over so abandoned the slippers! Shower was filthy. No plastic bags for wet swimsuits or any way of drying.

As always a lovely pamper day with great treatments, very welcoming staff and lunch blows any calorie counter out of the window.
The only down side on this occasion, which was very minor was the relaxation room to use after the massage was quite cool on this occasion, so left earlier than we would normally. However, did not impact on day, will be back as we have been on many occasions before.

Staff were very welcoming at reception desk. The spa facilities were beautifully presented, clean, plenty of space and made me feel instantly relaxed. My therapist, Elena was excellent. The treatment was relaxing and Elena took the time to use different natural products that smelt and felt amazing. I would definitely recommend and would go again.
